How it Works:

• Call 441-3740 to arrange for application and then to schedule an evaluation
• After evaluation, schedule an individual treatment planning session
• Group participation starts shortly after treatment planning

Outpatient Treatment Groups are scheduled as follows:

• Outpatient: 2 days a week, 10:30-12:00 pm, 13+ weeks
• Intensive Outpatient: 4 days a week, 3:00 to 4:40 pm, 13+ weeks

Parent/Family Groups: Evenings, schedule varies as needed.
