Clinic Services and Immunizations

The Public Health Branch Clinic offers a variety of services, including adult and travel immunizations, and children's immunizations at little or no cost. Tuberculosis testing and screening is also available at our clinics. All of our services are available at the main clinic in Eureka during the hours listed below. Limited services are available at our Willow Creek and Garberville locations.

Clinic Hours

The main clinic is open to the public at the times shown here. However special hours are set aside for some services, and some services require an appointment. Please read about our clinic services below for details.
 
General Client hours are  Monday through Friday:

Mornings 8:30 - 11:00 EXCEPT THURSDAY.
The clinic is closed to clients on Thursday Mornings.
Afternoons 1:00 - 4:00

Payment Options
For Immunizations and tuberculosis testing: We accept Medi-Cal, Cash or checks (no credit cards).
For lice/scabies or sexually transmitted disease services: We accept Medi-Cal, Cash or checks (no credit cards), as well as Family PACT, and sliding scale payments.

Services at Eureka Main Clinic

Immunizations: The Public Health Branch Clinic offers childhood, adult, and travel immunizations.
Tuberculosis testing and screening is available at all three Public Health Clinics.

Medical Marijuana Identification Program (MMIP)

California State cards are available for a fee. Application and Medical Doctor recomendation required. Application packets available at all three clinics: Eureka, Garberville, and Willow Creek.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) - Provides access to HIV/AIDS treatment to low income, uninsured and under insured persons living with HIV/AIDS. Call for information and appointment (707) 268-2119
