a.
1st
floor refers to the current newspapers and magazines area. Also on
the 1st floor are the Children’s Room, Young Adult Room,
and Reference.
b.
2nd
floor refers to the periodical room where back issues are found,
either in orange hanging folders or on shelves. Indexes are found
on the Periodical Room index shelf. Microfilm and microfiche are
shelved in cabinets in this room. Also on the 2nd floor
are the Humboldt Room (HR) and the Health Information Center (HIC).
