Purpose

It is the purpose of the Purchasing & Disposition Team to maintain continuity of supplies and services to support County departments enabling them to provide services to the public and to purchase at the lowest cost consistent with the quality and quantity required.

The Purchasing and Disposition Team is also responsible for vendor management, disposition of excess County personal property, conducting surplus sales, distribution of incoming U.S. mail, County recycling efforts, and administration of the County’s credit card program.
