About the Station...
The McKinleyville Station, formally known as the Law Enforcement Facility (LEF)
was
built with funds raised by the citizens of McKinleyville and it's many proud
business
owners. The community raised over $150,000.00 for construction of the 1800
sq. ft.
facility. The facility held its grand opening in the fall of 1999 and became
an immediate
home for the Sheriffs Citizens on Patrol (S.C.O.P) members. The S.C.O.P
Patrols
continue to work and hold their meeting out of the facility.
