Subject: Two Sought in Casino Burglary

Humboldt County Sheriff’s Detectives are looking for two people in connection with a November burglary of a Humboldt County casino. The two suspects are Peter Daniel Collins, 35, and Emily Katherine Weitzel, 22. Both are residents of Humboldt County.

Collins is a white male, 6’1” tall, about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Weitzel is a white female, 5’8” tall, 135 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes.

The pair may be driving a dark green Acura Integra with Washington state license plate 267RXL.

Earlier today the U.S. Marshal’s Office arrested a third suspect in connection with this case. Daniel Ivan Porter, 37 was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on one count of theft from a gaming establishment on Indian Lands, a federal charge. Porter will be arraigned in Federal Court in Eureka tomorrow.
