At about 12:30 yesterday morning a Humboldt County Deputy Sheriff was on patrol in the Fernbridge area when he conducted traffic stop for a vehicle registration violation. The deputy contacted the driver Kelly Lynn Hall, 40, of Ettersburg, and discovered her driverís license was suspended. Additionally, she was on formal probation with a search clause. The deputy detained Hall and conducted a search of her vehicle per the terms of her probation. The deputy found the following items in Hallís vehicle:
∑ 0.13 grams of methamphetamine
∑ 0.3 grams of concentrated cannabis (hash)
∑ 26.8 grams of marijuana
∑ Eleven hypodermic syringes
∑ Seven glass pipes
∑ Additional drug paraphernalia
The deputy arrested Hall and transported her to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. She was booked for possession of a controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis, being a driver in possession of marijuana, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, a probation violation, and several vehicle code violations. Her bail was set at $20,000 and she is expected to be arraigned by Thursday.
