Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested an Orick woman last night after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in the leg. Shortly before 6:00 pm last night deputies were sent to the Orick RV Park after it was reported a man had been stabbed. Upon their arrival, deputies found that a forty-four year-old man who lives at the trailer park had been stabbed once in the leg. After questioning witnesses and the victim, deputies arrested Kathleen Harlow (AKA Kathy Conley), 43 – the victim’s live-in girlfriend. Harlow was transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where she was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. Both charges are felonies, her bail is $50,000, and she is expected to be arraigned on Friday.
The victim declined medical treatment at the scene.
