The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office has located the Klamath woman who had been missing since April 1st. The Sheriff’s Office originally received the missing persons report after the woman, Susan Leigh Snider, 45, failed to arrive at her daughter’s home in Klamath as agreed. Yesterday, Deputies received information that Snider might be at the Patrick’s Point Inn in Trinidad. Deputy Greg Bickel arrived at the motel and learned that Snider had been staying there for the past couple of days. Snider was not at the motel while Deputy Bickel was inquiring about her, but he learned she was probably at the Cher-Ae Heights Casino. Deputy Bickel drove to the casino parking lot and found Snider with male companion in a stolen vehicle. The man, Phillip Debler, 65 of Blue Lake, was arrested for receiving stolen property (the vehicle). Susan Snider, who said she was not “missing,” had an outstanding felony warrant from Shasta County for grand theft. Both Snider and Debler were transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and booked on their respective charges.
