You may pay your property tax bill(s) online or over the phone. The accepted payment methods are credit card or e-check. Payments made online or over the phone will incur a convenience fee of 2.35% of the processed amount for credit card payments or $1.50 for e-check payments. Convenience fees are charged by Official Payments Corp., not Humboldt County.

Secured property tax bills for the fiscal year 2011/12 will be mailed by November 1st. If you didn't receive a bill, contact the Tax Collector's office. Failure to receive a bill does not excuse late or non-payment under State Law.
Humboldt County Property taxes on business, property, boats, and airplanes are due by Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Call the Tax Collector's Office if you have questions.
